Returns, Store Credit and Refunds:

Please note that there are different categories of clothing on LMN-ADE.COM:

Ready to Wear: These are items that are pre-made, we hold a set amount of stock for these items in the studio and they should be shipped out to you within two days of purchasing.

Made to Order: These items will be made when an order comes through. Creation time can be anywhere from 7- 21 days after you order. Made to order is also sometimes made to custom measurements.

Ready to Wear Returns:

We ask that you check the size guide or seek advice with sizing before you buy from us via email: LMNADELDN@GMAIL.COM or pop us a DM on Instagram @LEMONADEBYLW. If you have any special requests with sizing for Ready to Wear items please let us know before you make your purchase by email, we will let you know if your request is something we can do at our earliest convenience. Please note that any granted requests will turn the item into a Made to Order Item, which has different policies below.

In the instance that the customer has bought the wrong size and wishes to exchange the item, the item needs to be returned in its original condition within 7 days (UK Customers) or 14 Days (International Customers) from the delivery date. Store credit will be issued to the value of the item (minus any delivery fees). It will be emailed to you in the form of a code, which you can use to checkout. Store credit codes last three months.

The only instance in which a full refund will be issued is an item arriving faulty or damaged. Please note that photos are taken of all items before sending them out – anything we suspect to be intentionally damaged for the purpose of a refund will not be granted.

Made to order:

Due to items being handmade to order with your specific measurements, we do not issue any form of refunds, exchanges or store credit for matters to do with sizing. We only issue refunds if, on the rare occasion, your item arrives faulty (this does not include incorrect sizing choice). Please send an email and attach images. The fault must be reported within 3 days of arriving and the Items must be returned within 7 days (UK) or 14 days (International) from date of delivery to be eligible for a refund. It must be in its original condition.

Reasons why we will not issue refunds, exchanges or store credit include but aren’t limited to:

  • The customer no longer likes the item.
  • The item never arrived (You are responsible for tracking your item after a tracking number is released and seeing to the delivery).
  • The buyer has decided the item does not "suit them."
  • The buyer has already exchanged the item.
  • The item was sent to your local delivery office & no one picked up the item.
  • Several delivery attempts were made.
  • The buyer no longer "wants" the item. 
  • The buyer filed a request for a refund / exchange outside the 7 day (UK) or 14 day (International) window.
  • The buyer has damaged the item intentionally

Please note that refunds, exchanges and store credit are at the discretion of LMN-ADE and can be refused if we do not see a tangible reason. Please note that individuals who defy and continuously try to bend our policy will be blocked from shopping with LMN-ADE.

FAQ’S

How long do I have to return?

You have 7 days if you reside in the UK or 14 days if you live elsewhere (International) after the delivery of your order to return items. You can find the date of your delivery via your tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You are encouraged to contact LMN-ADE as soon as possible with your request as store credit / exchanges or refunds will not be issued if your request is made outside of these timeframe's.

When are exchanges, refunds or store credit not granted?

- If the return has signs of use, odour, signs of it being washed, makeup or damage from the customer.

- If it is returned without the original tags.

- If it is returned outside the given window for your region.

If we note any of the above then you will not be eligible for any solution we may be able to offer you.

How do I request a return?

  1. Please email LMNADELDN@GMAIL.COM (subject: *order number*, *name*, return request), detailing the reason for request and add images if necessary.
  2. LMN-ADE will let you know whether the exchange can be facilitated and also provide you with other options depending on your situation (e.g. made to order). 

The customer is responsible for covering postage costs to send their item(s) back to LMN-ADE. You are encouraged to send with tracking and keep proof of postage. LMN-ADE is not liable for damage or loss during transit so please package thoroughly and ensure the address is correct.

 How do I use store credit?

 Store credit is issued via email in the form of a discount code. There is a code included, which you can use at the checkout. If the value of your new order is greater than the value of the code then you will need to cover the difference.

 It doesn't fit, can I exchange it for a different size? 

If your item does not fit, you are to return it using the instructions above and you will be issued store credit. Please note this is not applicable to made to order items. 

I purchased a made to order item, can I return it?

Made to order items are non-returnable as they are made to your requirements.

My order has arrived faulty, what should I do?

On the rare occasion your item arrives faulty, please email LMNADELDN@GMAIL.COM with your concern (include images) and we will deal with it promptly. Please report the damages within 3 days of delivery otherwise we will not be able to confirm the fault was from our end. It must have the tags still attached.

What is not eligible for return?

Sale items, Swimwear Items, Bodysuits and Made to Order Items are not eligible for return. If any of these items arrive faulty, please contact us via email to receive a refund – (evidence must be shown and in the case of a refund being issued, items will need to be returned).

I am unsure on sizing, where should I go for guidance?

If you’re unsure about sizing please see the size guide or contact via email or DM on Instagram for a quick response. Descriptions also provide sizing advice. Model's measurements are included for reference.

What is the returns address?

Please email LMNADELDN@GMAIL.COM with your return request for all details to do with returns.

How do I post my return?

If you can please include your original order confirmation inside your package, if not please include a note with your name and order number within the package. LMN-ADE strongly suggests sending your return with a tracking number as we are not liable for items that get lost in transit. It is important to email LMN-ADELDN@GMAIL.COM with your request prior to returning any product. We will not provide solutions to any problems that have not been discussed prior to sending the item.

CUSTOM CHARGES (International customers only):

Parcels may be subjected to customs and handling charges upon receipt. LMN-ADE is not liable for covering custom charges. Please take this into consideration when purchasing.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellations are not permitted after purchase.
